CPG Solutions Pty Ltd is a Southeast Queensland-based insurance restoration company, specialising in repair and rebuild work for homes affected by storm, water, fire, and impact damage. We work as a trusted subcontractor to leading head contractors and insurers across Southeast Queensland and northern NSW, delivering the full scope of trade work needed to bring a damaged home back to pre-loss condition — often coordinating carpentry, plastering, painting, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and flooring on a single project.

Sean is a licensed Low-Rise Builder with 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. He understands how to translate an insurer's scope of works into an accurate, buildable plan — and how to manage the variations, hidden damage, and site surprises that come with restoration work in a way that keeps projects moving and insurers informed.

Joel McGregor — Director, Plumbing, Gas Fitting & Roofing

Joel is a licensed plumber and gas fitter with 15 years of trade experience spanning plumbing, gas fitting, and roofing, much of it within insurance and restoration environments where compliance and documentation are as important as the trade work itself. His multi-trade background ensures scopes across plumbing, gas, and roofing — often complicated by pre-existing non-compliance uncovered mid-job — are handled correctly and defensibly, protecting both the client and the insurer.

Joel leads quoting and project oversight on CPG's projects, alongside hands-on delivery of plumbing, gas, and roofing works.
